It is with profound sadness that we inform you of the passing of Margret Ofek on February 12, 2021, beloved wife and best friend of Hillel for nearly 56 years, fierce and devoted mother of Tammy and Sharon, and a force of nature to all whose lives she touched. Margret was a true warrior – demonstrating nothing but courage and resilience in the face of countless health battles over many decades. She adored her family and was a passionate and active participant in life - taking advantage of as many opportunities as possible that came her way for adventure, lifelong learning, and serving her Jewish community. Funeral Services for Margret will be held graveside at the Woodlawn Cemetery on February 16, 2021at 12:00pm. Contributions can be made to Temple Beth Shalom.
