<p><em><strong><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Mr. Jozef Borecki, 73, died Sunday, February 14, 2021 in his home, surrounded by his loving and dedicated family.</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">On Saturday, February 20<sup>th</sup>. at 10:15AM, family and friends will gather directly at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Linden where a funeral mass will be offered at 10:30AM.&nbsp; The cremation services will be private.&nbsp; When international travel becomes safe again, Mr. Borecki&rsquo;s family will honor his wishes and take Mr. Borecki back to his homeland of Poland, where additional funeral rituals will be held for his entire family to celebrate Mr. Borecki&rsquo;s legacy and to have the inurnment take place in the family gravesite. &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Mr. Borecki, the son of the late Zofia Osinska Borecka and the late Wladyslaw Borecki, was born in Mroczki, Poland.&nbsp; Mr. Borecki came to the United States in March of 1990 and he lived in Passaic, New Jersey for a short time before settling in Linden, New Jersey twenty-five years ago.</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Mr. Borecki was employed by various furniture manufacturing companies as a packer for fifteen years, until his health issues arose twelve years ago.</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">He always enjoyed watching television, especially TV Polonia, the cable channel in Poland, as well as, all the local news outlets and especially the professional wrestling matches of the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment).&nbsp;</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Predeceased by his three older brothers, Mieczyslaw Borecki, Antoni Borecki and Tadeusz Borecki, Mr. Borecki is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Teresa Chankowska Borecka; his two sons, Dariusz Borecki and his wife, Dorota and Marcin Borecki and his two granddaughters, Magdalena Borecka and Natalia Borecka.</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">As per the regulations imposed through the State of New Jersey, there will now be a maximum of one hundred and fifty people allowed in the church and face protection will be required.&nbsp; We thank you for your understanding during this time of transition.</span></span></strong></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
