Marion j. Jensen
Marion was born in Geneva, NY, as the 3rd child of Edward Kreutter and Lulu Premo Kreutter. She had two older twin brothers, Edward and Erwin, and a younger sister, Shirley. On June 2, 1947, Marion married John Jensen. They were married 58 years. Together they had three children, Carla, Neil. and Craig. Marion was very proud of her 10 grandchildren, and her 23 great grandchildren. She loved them all dearly and cherished time spent with them. Gardening was a favorite pastime and in the winters she knitted or made beautiful quilts that family members cherish. Marion loved to cook and is remembered for her hospitality, delicious meals, and desserts. On June 6, 1962 she was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, She loved people and actively shared her faith. For 14+ years she invited friends to join her in her home to make telephone calls to neighbors offering comfort from the scriptures. Marion put her trust in the Bible's promise of a resurrection to a paradise earth where families will be reunited to live in peace without the threat of sickness or death.
