Judith L. Buechele, 82, of Phoenix, AZ formerly of Arcola, IL passed away at 2:30 P.M. on Monday, February 8, 2021 at her temporary residence in Casa Grande, AZ.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the Edwards Funeral Home, 221 East Main St., Arcola, IL.  Randy Walters will officiate.  Burial will be in the Arcola Cemetery.  Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

Judith was born on December 4, 1938 in Evanston, IL.  She was a daughter of Henry and Bertha Clara (Kruger) Lockman.  She married Carl Buechele on December 4, 1938 in Glenview, IL.

She is survived by her husband, Carl of Phoenix, AZ, one daughter, Kim Menard and her husband Tony of Morton Grove, IL and her care giver and good friend, Isa Lopez and her husband Ariel of Casa Grande, AZ.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Kenneth Lockman.

Judith was a Veteran of the Naval Reserves for six years.

She was a homemaker and loved playing uno and bingo.  Her and Carl loved traveling together in their motor home.
