Lawrence Lingner Tuttle, age 78, of
Sandy, Utah, passed away on
February 8, 2021 in Mesa, Arizona.
Funeral services will be held 9:00 am
Tuesday, February 16th, at the Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
15 West 1st Avenue, Mesa, Arizona
85210 with Bishop Steven Legler of
the Mesa Udall Ward, officiating.
Burial will follow at Mesa City
Cemetery 1212 North Center Street,
Mesa, Arizona, 85201 (Heritage
Garden). Arrangements are by Red Mountain Funeral Home.
Larry was born in Sandy, Utah to Lawrence and Xavier Tuttle
on November 24, 1942. He went to school at Jordan High
School. He attended Cerritos College in California and
Brigham Young University. He served in the U.S. Army. He
then served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-
Day saints in the Switzerland/East Germany mission. He later
worked for McDonnel Douglas as a DC9 repair and parts
production specialist and later as a Carbon fiber production
inspector & rocket propellent pressure testing conductor for
Herculeus. He was awarded a patent for copper-mining
production innovation. Larry loved to exercise his creativity
and work on inventions and projects.
He was active in his local church and cultivated a strong
testimony of our Savior Jesus Christ.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Xavier.
Larry is survived by children: Jacob Tuttle (Leah), Deanna
Huber (Michael), Ashley Consentino (Vincent), Lindsey
Capel (Christopher), siblings: Nancy Ann Gallagher, Dean
Tuttle, Steve Tuttle, Renae Tuttle, Jim Tuttle, and
grandchildren: Wesley Tuttle, Henry Huber, Brady Tuttle,
Evelyn Consentino, Hannah Huber, Grant Capel, Camilla
Tuttle, Ezra Consentino, Emery Capel, Luca Consentino, and
Kate Capel. Pallbearers will be Wesley Tuttle, Henry Huber, Michael
Tuttle, Kendall Tuttle, Kevin Tuttle, and Joshua Tuttle.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Brady Tuttle, Ezra Consentino,
Luca Consentino, Grant Capel, Mike Huber, Vincent
Consentino, and Chris Capel.
The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the Udall
