It is with profound sadness and much love that the family of Eva Ellen Ganske of Bonnyville, Alberta announce her peaceful passing on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at the age of 80 years.
Eva will be deeply missed by her three children: Norman (Jenene) Ganske of Athabasca, Sharon (Ralph) Styles of Edmonton, Liz (Wade) Magistad of Ardmore; three brothers: Ed (Judy) Truhn of Cold Lake, Gerald (Lynda) Truhn of Morinville, Ron (Deb) Truhn of Ardmore; four grandchildren: Jon (Michelle) Styles, Mat (Kyla) Styles, Myles Ganske, Meagan Ganske (Denis Prost); four great-grandchilren: Taya, Zaeden, Braylyn, Whitney; sister-in-law: Josie Truhn.
Eva was predeceased by her husband: Patrick Ganske (1995); parents: Norman (1976) & Agnes "Betty" (2020) Truhn; brother: John Truhn (2019); sister: Audrey (Ted) Bokota (2015); parents-in-law: Mike (1994) & Theresa (2000) Slevinsky; son-in-law: Clint Magistad (2008).
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects between 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 12 at Memento Funeral Chapel, Bonnyville. A private family funeral service will take place.
