DonnaMarie Kels, 71, of Harmony Township, NJ passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital-Warren Campus in Phillipsburg. DonnaMarie was born in Wilson Borough, PA on July 4, 1949 to the late Raymond F. and Martha V. Eck Taiana. DonnaMarie was most recently employed with Shop-Rite of Greenwich Township, until her retirement. In earlier years, she was a refreshment stand attendant at Weona Park in Pen Argyl, PA, a package-line worker at Peter P. Dennis of Phillipsburg, and a balance clerk at Ingersoll Rand of Phillipsburg. DonnaMarie also was previously employed with Merry Maid, Binney & Smith, and Warren Brake & Tire. She enjoyed crafting, sudoku and was an avid reader. Most importantly, she loved babysitting her grandchildren whom she absolutely adored. DonnaMarie was a member of St. James Lutheran Church of Pohatcong Township, NJ. DonnaMarie is survived by her husband of 50 years, Henry C. Kels, Jr.; son, Henry C. Kels, III and his wife, Stephanie of Easton, PA; daughter, Kimberly Condel and her husband, Christopher of Bangor, PA; grandchildren, Kirsten, Brooke, and Alicia Kels, Connor and Caleb Condel; brothers, Raymond F. Taiana Jr., and Terry Taiana and his wife,Debra. DonnaMarie was predeceased by her sister, JoAnn Minchin and uncle Barry Taiana. A Visitation for Family and Friends of DonnaMarie will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021 from 10am to 12pm. Interment will be private.
