Elizabeth (Betty) Courrier

<p>Elizabeth (Betty) Courrier, 83, of Wadsworth, entered into eternal glory on February 1, 2021 after battling a brief illness.</p> <p>Born August 18, 1937 in Owen Sound Ontario, Canada to Charles (Charlie) and Luella Kraemer, she had been a homemaker, school bus driver and a pharmacist. Her favorite place was Florida where she lived for 30 years. She adored family, friends, cooking and gardening, her cat Maggie and all things Disney.&nbsp; She enjoyed daily devotions and was always up to date on current events. She possessed a genuine concern for others and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who surrounded her, including strangers.</p> <p>Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Lewis (Lew) Ambrose Courrier; she is survived by her children, Cheryl Courrier and&nbsp; Brad (Pamela) Courrier; grandchildren, Collin Courrier, Matthew McCary and Epiphany Anne (Michael) Pietzcker; greatgrandchildren, Addalyn (Addie), Alexis (Lexie)and Ava Pietzcker.</p> <p>I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. Psalm 18:2.</p> <p>At her request, there are no services. Cremation has taken place and she will be buried alongside her beloved husband. I believe she was my great grandmother on my Dad's side, and I don't think I got to meet her. If I did, I would be too small to notice. I'm sure she was a GREAT person, and want to see her in the future up in heaven.
