Joanne F. Fligger passed away February 1, 2021. Born February 17, 1941 in Lockport she was the daughter of Nelson and Loraine (Wilcox) Jex. Joanne enjoyed crocheting, sewing, gardening, cooking, and coloring. She was predeceased by her husband James W. Fligger, Sr. on May 14, 2003. Joanne is survived by her children Patrick (Patricia Grady) Murphy, Marian (Tom Ambrose) Sharpe, Robert (Sheila) Murphy, Deborah (James) Dolinski, Tammy Wallace, Sheryl (Nick) Money, and late Raymond Murphy; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings Ronald (Marti) Jex, and predeceased by Frederick (Prudence) Jex, Albert (Barbara) Jex, Gertrude Jex, and Nelsonia (James) Murphy; several nieces and nephews.
