Mabel C. English, 87, of Millville passed away Monday February 1, 2021 at the Gardens at Millville, She was born May 1, 1933 in Millville, a daughter of the late Charles and Annie (Martenas) Whitmoyer. She attended Millville School and worked at Northrop Grumman Industries in Montgomery. Mabel loved her family, watching polka shows, and taking care of her humming birds and house plants. Mabel is survived by two children; Dean Robbins wife Cindy of Millville, Denise Glidewell husband Walter of Benton, four grandchildren; Misty (Chet) Pickard, Autumn (James) Sitlinger, Greg Glidewell, April (Jose) Ortiz. Six great-grandchildren; Sonny and Daisy Pickard, and Annie, Lydia, Kendra, and Jacob Sitlinger. As well as two step children; Dale English, Janet Brown, she is survived by three brothers; Thomas Whitmoyer wife Betty, Charles Whitmoyer wife Yvonne, both of Millville, Michael Whitmoyer wife Janet of Hughesville, and three sisters; Emma Shetler of Millville, Mildred Gordner of Unityville, and June Laughlin of Delaware. Mabel was preceded in death by her husband Harlan English who passed away March 2010, stepson Donald English, and a brother Dean Whitmoyer.
