Philip Wayne Jackson II, 50, of Louisville, son of Elizabeth & James Wise, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at the Hosparus Care Center in Louisville. Philip was born in Louisville on July 22, 1970 and was an ELM Services employee.

Besides his parents he leaves to cherish his memory, daughters, Chelsey Bird (Jacob) and Ashley Keagy, sisters, Robin Shea (Michael), Rebecca Wade (Landon) and Renee Kilburne (Jeff), brothers, Michael Wise (Sharon), Douglas Wise (Tonya) and Jason Wise. He is also survived by his longtime companion, Lori Breedlove, special family friend, Jason Feerrar and many nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred & Dorothy Bryant and Dorothy Connelly & Kenny Wise.
