Kathleen Farrido Agen, 87, of Syracuse, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she was employed with St. Joseph’s Hospital for 20 years. Kathleen enjoyed spending summers in the Thousand Islands. Kathleen was predeceased by her husband, John; parents, Robert and Martha Farrido; and sisters, Rosemary, Irene and Patricia. Surviving are her stepchildren, Joseph (Pierrette), Michael (Mary Ellen), Janice and Patrick (Verna); 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; special niece, Dominique; and many additional nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Kathleen’s caregivers, Hillary, Leah and Emily for their loving care and compassion. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, January 30 at 10 a.m. in St. Charles ~ St. Ann’s Parish, 4471 Onondaga Blvd., Syracuse. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Joseph’s College of Nursing, 206 Prospect Ave., Syracuse, NY 13203.Obituary
