William ”Will” Rost, 18, of Baker, MT passed away at his home, leaving so many who loved and cared for him behind, including his dog, Comet. Will was born to Jeremy and Tina Rost in Holland, MI, on September 26, 2002. In that first year he and his family moved back to his father Jeremy's home, Baker, MT. Here he was surrounded by family as he grew up. Will proved to all, at the age of 2, he had a gift in the area of technology by mastering the PS2. This was only the start of his love, knowledge, and respect for anything technical. He prided himself in being able to self-teach anything from machine maintenance, to building and rebuilding computers, as well as computer software programming. If Will was interested or curious about anything, he studied and became an expert in his own right. He had the Rubik’s cube down to about 20 seconds flat. As a junior at Baker High School, Will became certified with Microsoft. Will was kind and quiet, he got along with others and was always willing to help out where needed. He had been an employee for Runnings as a Sales Associate for the last two years and made many friends in his fellow employees. Will was blessed in meeting Ashley through Runnings, and the two soon fell in love, remaining together until his passing. They had plans for their next journey in Oregon, where he planned on working in the IT field and Ashley would pursue her education. Although his time here has been short, his impact has been immeasurable. Will is survived by his parents, Jeremy & Tina (Burczyk) Rost; brother, Zander Rost; grandparents, Casey and Jean Rost and David and Mona Burczyk of St. Cloud, MN; great grandmother, Nellie Rost; aunts, Tammy (Rob Rasmussen) Rogers of Sartel, MN, Angie (Scott) Rabbitt of Dickinson, ND and Trisha (Willie) Schweiger of Beaver Dam, WI; girlfriend, Ashley Sander; numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, and a sister, Katelynn Rost. “While my sky is mending the flowers will bloom.” by Ashley Sander <iframe class="ts_player" allowfullscreen="true" allowtransparency="true" allow="autoplay; fullscreen" frameborder="0" height="330" scrolling="no" src="https://www.tributeslides.com/videos/embedded_video/ZBS7Z788GL885RF9" width="512"></iframe>
