<p>Dorothy Alaine Hardin-Wilson passed away peacefully Thursday, January 21, 2021, in Meridian Mississippi.<br /> <br /> Born in 1934, she was a lifetime resident of Meridian. She spent more than 30 years at Anderson Hospital working in the Physical Therapy department until she retired. Some of her favorite things to do were working in the yard and with her flowers, shopping, and watching her westerns. She was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church until she was unable to attend Her many names included Mama, Mamaw, and Granny. She loved her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friend Della Yerby. She will be deeply missed by them all.<br /> <br /> She is survived by her siblings, Buddy Odom (Judy) and Carol Clayton; children: Joseph Steven Hardin St. (Sandra), Tina Jane Hardin Smith (Keith); grandchildren: Joey Hardin (Maranda), Thomas Hardin (Shannon), Josh Smith, Travis Smith (Brittney), Laura Goss (Caleb); great-grandchildren: Mason Smith, Greyson Smith, Corbin Smith, Caden Smith, Ella Smith, Kinslee Smith, Breeana Barker, Kloey Davis, Tucker Hardin, Allie Claire, Elizabeth Palomera and Alex Palomera.<br /> <br /> She is proceeded in death by her parents Thomas Green and Ethel Odem; husband, Joe Hardin, and grandchild Candi Hardin.<br /> <br /> There will be a visitation on Sunday, January 24, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church followed by a service at 2:00 p.m., Interment to follow at Graham Cemetery.
