Rose Sullivan Obituary

Rose (Plati) Sullivan, 85, of Peabody, died Wednesday evening at Brightview in Danvers. She was the devoted wife of the late Robert C. Sullivan. Born in North Adams, she was the daughter of the late Dominic and Angela (Fulginiti) Plati. She was raised and educated in Everett and was a graduate of Everett High School, class of 1952. She later lived in Revere and has spent the last 54 years living in Peabody. Rose was an avid gardener, loved doing ceramics and was a dog lover as well. Rose is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Paula Sullivan of Burlington and John and Stephanie Sullivan of Westford, her two daughters, Celeste Sullivan and Christine Deao, both of Peabody, her three brothers, Greg and George Plati, both of Malden, and Joseph Plati of Eastham, her two sisters, Maryann Callanan of Manchester, NH, and Carolyn Danielle of Carlstadt, NJ, and by her beloved 9 grandchildren, Robert Greenwell, John Brophy, Christopher, Alexa, and Zachery Sullivan, Angela and Kristina Deao, and Griffin and Spencer Sullivan, and by her great grandchild, Jake Brophy. A visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. All attendees are required to wear facial coverings and maintain social distancing as well. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St, Suite B-102, Danvers, MA 01923.
