<p>Mr. Timothy Whitaker, age 67 of Fayette, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at his residence.</p> <p>A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 3-P.M. at the residence.</p> <p>He was preceded in death by his parents: Carleton and Georgia Thomas Whitaker, and a sister: June Whitaker Miller.</p> <p>Survivors include his wife: Peggy Wise Whitaker of Fayette, two sons: Timothy Caleb Whitaker of Jasper, and Thomas Whitaker of Rocky Mount, NC, one daughter: Elizabeth Colburn of Jasper, one sister: Lynn Whitaker Ford, and eight grandchildren.</p> <p>Timothy was a retired registered nurse of 35 years, he was an avid hunter and fisherman, and gun enthusiast.
