<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Michael Peter Huhn, age 74, of Portland went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 18, 2021. Michael was born in Eagle, the son of Clarence and Rosemary (Snitgen) Huhn. Michael was a faithful member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Portland and the Knights of Columbus #2168. He retired from General Motors after 37 years of devoted service. Michael was a licensed pilot who loved flying and he also enjoyed golfing.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Preceding him in death are his parents; sister, Joan (Keith) Hosey; and brother-in-law, Jerry Tabor. Surviving Michael are his loving wife of 55 years, Jayne Huhn; children, Jean (Dan) Tiesman, Michael W. (Deanna) Huhn, Lori Huhn, and David (Michelle) Huhn; grandchildren, Allyson (Roger) Cooper, Daniel (Kaycie) Tiesman, Jacob (Chelsi) Litchfield, Justin (Hali) Litchfield, Melanie Huhn, Brea (Justin) Jacobs, Brian Tiesman, and Faith Huhn; 12 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Ray (Marian) Huhn, Kathleen Tabor, Mary (John) Russman, Vicki (Al) Jenks, and Neil (Gloria) Huhn.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Mike Alber at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 22, 2021 at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow at Portland Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with the rosary being prayed at 1:30 p.m. at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E. Bridge Street, Portland.
