<p><strong><span style="font-size:18px;">Jana&eacute; Michele (Sandoval) Ortiz, 28, of Pueblo, passed away January 14, 2021 unexpectedly. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Pedro and Pauline Garcia; grandfather Thomas Sandoval; grandmother Agripina Najera Galvan and brother-in-law Richard Juarez. She is survived by her loving husband Juan Ortiz; children Ele&aacute; and Ev&eacute;r Ortiz; father Michael Sandoval; mother Alicia Sandoval; siblings Jenice (Rico) Sandoval-Villanueva; Joseph (Shannon) Sandoval; Alexandra (Miguel) Melendez; Angela (Hugo) Juarez; Alvaro (Janeth) Ortiz; Natalia (Paul) Ortiz; and Franco Ortiz. Also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. In her short time on this earth Jana&eacute; accomplished so many of her goals with the greatest being the mother to her two beautiful children, which was her pride and joy! She was a 2011 graduate of Central High School. She had a passion for education as a professional in the medical field where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology (Pre-Med) with a double minor in Chemistry and Spanish; Bachelor of Science in Nursing; and was currently enrolled in the Graduate Nursing Program at CSU-Pueblo to complete a Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner.&nbsp; She touched so many lives and was always willing to help anyone she came into contact with. Jana&eacute; will be greatly missed however, her legacy will live on through her children as they grow and understand the special &ldquo;Mama Angel&rdquo; who will be looking out for them with all our support to Juan - a village to help raise her children. </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px;">Funeral Mass Saturday January 23, 2021, 9:45 am, St. Joseph&rsquo;s Church. Mask required, limited seating due to gathering restrictions. </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:18px;">Interment Roselawn Cemetery.&nbsp;</span></strong></p>
