Phillip Morris Eaddy, age 75, of Murphy, NC, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021, at Shands in Gainesville, FL. He was born in Bushnell, FL to Lafayette and Sarah (Story) Eaddy. He was preceded in death by brother, David Eaddy and sister, Mary "Babe" Dias. Mr. Eaddy is survived by sons: Phillip Shane Eaddy (Syanna) of St. Cloud, FL, David Troy Eaddy of St. Cloud, FL; grandchildren: Brent Eaddy, Ty Eaddy, McKenzie Eaddy, Nolin Eaddy and Zac German; brother: Charles "Buddy" Eaddy (Mary) of Town Creek, AL; sisters: Betty Milton (Leon) of Dade City, FL, Eleanore Phillips of Orlando, FL, Rose Hansen of Webster, FL and Judy Henry (Chris) of Casselberry, FL. A time of visitation will be held on Sunday, January 24, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 at Purcell Chapel. His service will be held on Monday, January 25th at 1:00 p.m. at Linden Church of God with Pastor Bruce Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in Linden Cemetery.
