Glenna M. Seedenburg June 8, 1930 – Jan. 15, 2021 Glenna M. Seedenburg, 90, of Altoona, passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home Friday evening, after a lengthy illness. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Neil and Violet (Shank) Sheehan. Glenna married James L. Seedenburg on Aug. 21, 1952, and he preceded her in death on June 7, 1961. Surviving are her three daughters: Anna M. Ruegg (Tommy), Barbara J. Mainello (Tony), and Nancy E. Fanella (Mike); a son, James L. Seedenburg; six grandchildren: Matthew Grove, Anthony and Robert Mainello, Michael, Megan, and Katie Fanella; and three great- grandchildren: Lolly Grove, Grayson and Gavin Mainello; her sister, Donna King; brother, Richard Corbin; and cousin, Mary Jane Shank. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Janet Harshman; a grandson, Cory Harshman; and a sister, Norma Fink. Glenna loved to play slot machines at casinos. She enjoyed a good laugh and spending time with her family and friends. She was known to say “Fine and Dandy” whenever someone would ask her how she was doing. Glenna was hired as Christmas seasonal help at K-Mart but ended up staying to work full time for 30 years. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all services will be privately held at the convenience of her family.
