BOOKER, WILBUR L. of Waterford; Went home to be with the Lord on January 17, 2021; age 91; Loving husband of Lucille for 63 years; Dear father of Darline (Steve) Frazier, Donna (Paul) Perzyk and Sandra (Dominic) Tocco; Beloved grandfather of Jeremiah, Jamie, Jessica, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Susie and Anna. Brother of Pete Booker and preceded in death by Nancy Newton, Joyce Hunter, Kenny Booker and Barney Booker. Mr. Booker was a member of New Beginning Baptist Church and was a veteran of the United States Army. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and woodworking. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the New Beginning Baptist Church, 7325 Maceday Lake Road, Waterford. The family will receive friends at the Church on Friday 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Church.
