<p> Sondra Lynn Woody, 66, Nevada, MO passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Cox South in Springfield, MO following complications from the COVID-19 virus. Sondra was born July 15, 1954 in Kansas City, MO to Harry B. and Betty Ann (Bern) Pratt. She married Mike Woody on December 29, 2001 in Eureka Springs, AR and he survives of the home.</p> <p> Sondra was raised in Nevada and graduated from Nevada High School Class of 1972. She lived in California and later Hendersonville, TN for a time before returning to Nevada in 1985. After attending cosmetology school in Ft. Scott, she worked in various salons in Nevada and has owned and operated Total Image Head to Toe in Nevada for the past 20 years. She enjoyed attending NASCAR events, going to “Hair Shows” to stay current in her profession, and especially loved dogs. Sondra was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, and All Saints Episcopal Church.</p> <p> In addition to her husband Mike, she is survived by one daughter, Melisa Ann Bedford (Kevin), Bentonville, AR; two granddaughters, Melina Bedford, and LaShay Bedford; one stepdaughter, Lisa (Woody) Ruby, Toledo, OH; step-grandson, Jordan Ruby; two brothers, Charles Pratt, Sr., Nevada, and Carl Pratt (Roberta), Sheldon, MO; one sister, Ronda Herren, Mindenmines, MO; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Betty Ann Pratt.</p> <p> Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5th, 2021 at the All Saints Episcopal Church in Nevada.</p> <p> Memorials are suggested in her memory to All Saints Episcopal Church c/o Ferry Funeral Home.</p>Obituary
