Lisa Ann Colley, age 53, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Friday morning, January 15, 2021, at her residence. She was born October 30, 1967, in Rowan, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Doug Colley and Nettie Carroll Bear. She was employed at CORE Health Center in Grayson, Kentucky. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Ova “Yogi” Bear. Lisa is survived by one son, Michell Allen Kiser (Amanda) of Morehead, Kentucky; three brothers, Chris Colley of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, Ova Shannon Bear of Lexington, Kentucky, and Rich Parker of Morehead, Kentucky; one sister, Tammy Issacs of Navarre, Florida. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her. At the request of the family there will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
