Donald Marion Lockwood, Jr aka “Papa,” was born March 6, 1964 to Donald Lockwood, Sr. and Helen Jordan. He was the oldest of five siblings. He confessed Christ at an early age as a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Lakeland, Fl. He attended Lakeland Senior High School in Lakeland, Fl., where he graduated in 1982. Donald joined the military after that and served 16 years. Donald was a truck driver for over 20 years. He was employed at Saia for 6 years. He earned a multiple awards for best driver. He was a member of Greater True Vine Church in Desoto under the leadership of Pastor Charles Colbert. He was preceded in death by a host of family and friends waiting to receive him, but the immediate family are father, Donald Lockwood, Sr., and son, Terrence Beamon.
