( Foskey ) and Leebert Wynter on May 17,1943 in Kingston,Jamaica.</p> <p>Patsy obtained her Bachelors Degree and later entered the field of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.She worked for Hospitals including the Cleveland Clinic and various Nursing Homes.</p> <p>Patsy passed away January 6 ,2021.</p>
