<p>Lisa F. Fitzgerald, also known as “Mamaw Fitz”, age 56, of Evansville, IN, passed peacefully into the arms of God, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital.</p> <p>Lisa was born October 27, 1964, in Evansville, IN, to Charlotte (Smallwood) Schmeing. She attended Reitz High School. Lisa was a wonderful wife and mother who loved her grandbabies, playing Bingo, card games and Yahtzee. Her light will continue to shine on through her children and grandchildren.</p> <p>Lisa is survived by her son, Anthony Joseph Fitzgerald (Russelle); daughters, Tara Case (Andrew); Marinell Luster (Marcus); grandchildren, Chloe, Ava, Layla, Rhilee, Donta, Journee, Mya, Kaylin, Christian, Scarlett and Gracie; twin sister, Teresa F.; other siblings, Marinell, Donnie, Raymond, Greg, Larry, Doug, Teresa, Sally.</p> <p>Lisa is preceded in death by her loving husband, Anthony James Fitzgerald; parents, Ferrell Schmeing and Charlotte; and siblings, Dewayne, Terri, and Mike.</p> <p>Celebration of Life Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 16, 2021, at Forest Hills Wesleyan Church, 2800 Claremont Ave, Evansville, IN, with Pastor Ray Austin officiating. A Live Stream will be available beginning twenty minutes prior to the service time.
