Ronald Dale Meyers

Ron was born on May 3rd 1955 in Mt. Lake MN to Don and Darlene Meyers. He enjoyed working along side his father at his service station, Don’s Standard. After graduating from Mt. Lake High School in 1973 he moved to Minneapolis MN, and attended Humbolt Airline School. Upon graduating from Humbolt he accepted a job with Chicago NorthWestern Railroad. Ron eventually made his way to Eagan MN where he joined the Eagan Volunteer Fire Dept. During his time with the fire dept he attained many accolades, and helped many people in their time of need. In 1993 he began working for Northwest Airlines, which eventually became Delta Airlines, where he finished out his career. Ron was a world traveler and went to many great destinations. One of his last big trips was alongside his sister Luann when they traveled to Australia. Ron will ALWAYS be remembered for his kindness to others and his always giving spirit. Ron is now reunited with his father Don, sister Luann and 3 brothers James, Joel, and John. He is survived by his mother Darlene, 2 Sons, Matt (Crista) and Tim (Amanda) 4 grandchildren, Devin, Dylan, Emma and Morgan and 2 sisters Karen and Karla.
