Shirley Emma Beck

Shirley E. Beck of Grand Rapids and formerly of Sterling Heights, MI passed away January 13, 2021 at the age of 93. Shirley was born March 2, 1927 in Richmond, MI to the late Ervin and Edna Dittman. She married Andrew Clarkson Beck and spent many loving years together until his passing. She enjoyed bowling and volunteering. Shirley was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Shirley is survived by her children Pamela W. Beck, Mark Andrew (Carol) Beck; grandchildren Matthew Beck, Todd (Betsy Simpson) Ruddick, Jared (Rachel Banner) Ruddick, Amy (Jordan) McCullough and Michele (Todd) Brdak; great-grandchildren Andrew Laporte, Brooke Brdak, Evelyn McCullough, Colin McCullough, Johanna Banner-Ruddick, Andon Ruddick, Owen McCullough and Lucy McCullough; brother Robert (Rose) Dittman and sister in law Ruth Dittman. She is predeceased by her parents Ervin and Edna, husband Andrew Beck and brother Eldon Dittman. Private Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
