GAPA, RONALD MATTHEW of Ortonville; Died January 12, 2021. He was 63. He was born on January 30, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Ronald Gerald and Joan Marie (nee: Rulka) Gapa. He is survived by his best friend and significant other, Linda Smith; one sister, Laurie (George) McLain. Also, Ron had a great friendship with Darlene and Mark Dean. and spent his greatest days with the light of his life, Blake R. Dean. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Debra Davidson and Diane Elliott. Ronald was employed with the Oakland Press until his disability took over. He was an avid boater and always enjoyed his time out on the water. A celebration of Ron’s life will be at a later date.
