Ian was doing what he loved, climbing in the mountains of Southern Alberta, when he suffered an accident which he did not survive.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Ian is survived by his loving parents, Carol &amp; Jim Adair (PO Box 1124, Moosomin, SK S0G 3N0); sister, Sarah Adair (Tony Patoine), nephews James and Thomas Patoine, Montreal QC.; sister, Jinny Adair, niece Elise Talbot and nephew Kyran Talbot, Blackfalds, AB; and a large extended circle of family and friends.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Special thanks to Crowsnest Pass Fire and Rescue, the Kananaskis Emergency Services Helicopter Rescue Team, and the Pincher Creek Search and Rescue Society for their tremendous rescue efforts, support, compassion, and professionalism.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>A&nbsp;service to celebrate and remember Ian will be held at Bethel United Church, Moosomin, on Sunday, July 11th at 10:30 a.m. with Sheilagh Garrett officiating.
