<p>Wanda Walker of Sandwich died peacefully at home on January 6, 2021. She was 95. Wanda was predeceased by her daughter, Bonnie Walker Ryan. Wanda is survived by her daughter, Leslie Walker and her husband Jeffrey Larson, grandchildren Sam and Jesse Larson and Jessica and Caila Ryan. Wanda is also survived by great grandchildren&nbsp; Liam Maddox&nbsp; and&nbsp; Layla Bouchard.</p> <p>While Wanda&rsquo;s family was the center of her life, she also loved music, especially opera,</p> <p>&nbsp;and reading. She took pride in her independence and lived a full life in her home. Wanda and her family deeply appreciate the wonderful women who lovingly cared for her the last six months of her life-Sandy H., Sharon S., Kim W., Racquel F. and Dolly S. Thanks also go to Beacon Hospice.</p> <p>Wanda wishes are to forgo a traditional service. Her family will host a celebration of her life in the spring. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Sandwich Public Library. The Brown and Hickey Funeral Home in Belmont will post updates regarding a celebration date.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Wanda Walker of Sandwich died peacefully at home on January 6, 2021. She was 95. Wanda was predeceased by her daughter, Bonnie Walker Ryan. Wanda is survived by her daughter, Leslie Walker and her husband Jeffrey Larson, grandchildren Sam and Jesse Larson and Jessica and Caila Ryan. Wanda is also survived by great grandchildren  Liam Maddox  and  Layla Bouchard.

While Wanda’s family was the center of her life, she also loved music, especially opera,

 and reading. She took pride in her independence and lived a full life in her home. Wanda and her family deeply appreciate the wonderful women who lovingly cared for her the last six months of her life-Sandy H., Sharon S., Kim W., Racquel F. and Dolly S. Thanks also go to Beacon Hospice.
