<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Nadine Day Reedy, age 73, of Morehead, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday evening, January 6, 2021, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Born at Hyden in Leslie County on January 4, 1948, she was the daughter of the late J. C. Day (1923 &ndash; 1988) and Geneva Koger King (1931 &ndash; 2020). &nbsp;Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Reedy (1948&nbsp;&ndash; 1998); one great grandson, Christian Brannon of Orlando, Florida; one beloved brother, Teddy Wayne Day of Morehead; and a niece and nephew, Crystal Turner and Johnny Turner, both of Dayton, Ohio.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Nadine is survived by one son, David D. Brannon (Mary) of Orlando, Florida; three daughters, Lisa Lynn Potter of Lexington, Ronda Dawn Tipton (Scott) of Somerset, and Renee Reedy of Morehead; 16 grandchildren, Heather Potter, Ronnie Potter, and Crystal Potter, all of Lexington, Jordan Tipton of Morehead, Makenzie Tipton and Jake Tipton, both of Somerset, David Childress and Jesse Childress, both of Morehead, Zachary Brannon, Joshua Brannon, David &ldquo;Alex&rdquo; Brannon, Christina Heaney (Brian), all of Orlando, Florida, Dallas M. Layne of Great Falls, Montana, Christopher Bartenhagen (Mandy) of New York City, Abbigail Bradley of Indiana, and Natasha Brannon of Eaton, Ohio; many great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Also surviving are four sisters, Faith Layne of Pikeville, Lolita Blair of Herron, Illinois, Chloie Hall of Berea, and April (Willis) Boggs of Cumberland; four brothers, Ronnie Day of Tallahassee, Florida, Lonnie Lewis of Eaton, Ohio, Johnny Blair of Connecticut, and Danny Blair of Morehead; three aunts, Lorena Damron of Louisville, Barb Callahan (EJ) of Herron, Illinois, and Ruth Botrell of Somerset; and numerous nieces and nephews.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Nadine was a business owner for 35 years and spent most of her retirement serving food at Huddle House in Morehead, until recently retiring for good. She was of the Pentecostal faith.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Monday, January 11, 2021, at Northcutt &amp; Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jeff Fannin officiating.&nbsp; Burial will follow in the Hazel Green Cemetery, Hazel Green, Kentucky.&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, January 11, 2021, at Northcutt &amp; Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">COVID-19 mandates will be observed.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">View video tribute and sign guestbook at www.northcuttandson.com</span></strong></p>
