Sandra "Sandy" Sherman-Graeff

<p><br /> Sandy (Sandra) Lee Sherman-Graeff of Denton, MD died peacefully on Thursday, January 7, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. She was 73 years old.</p> <p><br /> Born in Eldred, Pennsylvania, Ms. Sherman-Graeff was the daughter of the late Robert Freer and Ardis Russell Freer.&nbsp;</p> <p><br /> Ms. Sherman-Graeff was a graduate of Otto-Eldred High School in Pennsylvania.&nbsp; After graduation, she married the love of her life, Jim Sherman. He died in 1979. Sandra was a civilian accountant for the United States Air Force.&nbsp; After 16 years of service, Sandy retired and spent the last 4 years on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.&nbsp; Ms. Sherman-Graeff was a caring, loving mother and grandmother.&nbsp; The time spent with her family was special. She loved watching her grandkids wrestle and play sports. She also loved spending time at the Outer Banks in North Carolina with her beach babes and loved spending time with her friends at Lake Erie. &nbsp;</p> <p><br /> Ms. Sherman-Graeff is survived by two children: Amy Bauer (Keith) of Denton, MD and John Sherman of Pittsburgh, PA; two grandsons: Tyler Bauer and Ryan Bauer, both of Denton, MD; and a brother: Roger Freer (Gerrie) of FL.</p> <p><br /> Due to Covid-19 restrictions, services will be private.
