<p>Jeffrey J. Colgan, age 67, of Woodbridge passed away peacefully on Thursday January 7, 2021 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.</p> <p>Born in Perth Amboy, to John R. and Louise J. Colgan, he was raised in Iselin and has resided within Woodbridge Township most of his life. Mr. Colgan worked as a Supervisor for Sims Metal Management of Jersey City. He was a workaholic, a huge Dallas Cowboys fan, he loved to workout, but most of all he was a family man. He greatly cherished all of his family and especially treasured his grandchildren. </p> <p>Mr. Colgan is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Linda (nee Ference); three daughters, Melissa Wilson (Jarrold), Kristina Woods (Jimmy), and Alicia Colgan; one stepson John Springsteel (Gladys); one brother Robert Colgan (Lynn); one sister Bonnie Trask (Ron); seven grandchildren, Jazmine Wilson, Dylan and Tyler Woods, Silas and Jeffrey Rivera, John and Stephen Springsteel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.</p> <p>He is predeceased by his parents and his brother, the late Thomas Colgan.</p> <p>Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Visitation on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, from 4-8 pm, at the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home, 211 Westfield Ave., Clark, NJ 07066. Cremation Services are Private. Interment, St. Gertrude Cemetery is Private.
