<p><strong>Darryl Ray Murphy</strong></p> <p><strong>August 31, 1949 – January 5, 2021</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great sadness Darryl passed away at Claresholm General Hospital January 5, 2021 at the age of 71.</p> <p> </p> <p>Darryl is survived by his wife Shirley, sons Darryl, Michael, Jeff, daughters Alicia, Angel and 5 grandchildren. One sister Trudy (Paul) Ollivier.</p> <p> </p> <p>Darryl was predeceased by his Dad Lloyd, Mom Phyllis, Brother Alan (Al) and Bunny, Brother Richard (Rick) and his Nephew Terrance (Terry).</p> <p>Darryl was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He joined the Navy in 1968 – 1972. Drove 16 wheelers for several years, then worked as an Industrial Radiologist in Calgary until his retirement in 2012.</p> <p> </p> <p>Darryl most enjoyed camping and boating with his family and friends. His terrific sense of humor and an infectious LAUGH we will all miss.</p> <p> </p> <p>The family thanks the Drs and Staff at Claresholm Hospital for their amazing and compassionate care.
