<p>Joshwua Figueroa, 27 of New Haven died suddenly on Saturday, December 26, 2020. Josh was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico o September 27, 1993, the beloved son of Rebecca Berrocales of New Haven and the late Lu&iacute;s Alberto Figueroa, and was a lifelong New Haven resident. He had attended Hillhouse High School.&nbsp;In addition to his mother, Josh is survived by Meilany Figueroa of New Haven and Sky Figueroa of West Haven, five sisters, Jessica Figueroa of Philadelphia, PA, and Taryana Berrocales, Solmari S&aacute;nchez, Nydializ Morales and Ericka Jusino of New Haven, two brothers, Elibel Berrocales and Erick Jusino,&nbsp;Jr.&nbsp;of New Haven, his maternal grandparents, &nbsp;Esmerelda Ruiz and Carlos Noel Matos of New Haven, his paternal grandmother, Maria Casiano of Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Lu&iacute;s Alberto Figueroa, Sr. Joshwua&#39;s family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, January 4th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 5th&nbsp;from 9:00 to&nbsp;11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, New Haven. <a href="http://www.washingtonmemorialfh.com">www.washingtonmemorialfh.com</a></p>
