Mother Annie Ruth Holt was born on December 9, 1929 in Campville, Florida to the late Jasper and Willie Mae Wilson. She attended the local schools receiving her High School Diploma.

Annie was united in Holy Matrimony to the Love of her Life Mr. Alexander Holt, Sr. Together they raised their beautiful children and grandchildren.

Mother Annie Ruth Holt slept away peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, December 19, 2020. She was preceded in death by the husband, Alexander Holt, Sr.; son, Norman Scott; great granddaughter, Jaylah Holt-Wilson; parents, Jasper and Willie Mae Wilson; sisters, Maydell Jordan, Earlene Morris and Georgia Williams; and brothers, Arberry Wilson, Jasper Wilson, Willie Wilson, Joseph Wilson, Abraham Wilson, and Emmitt Wilson.

Annie leaves to mourn her passing but to cherish her memories, her children, Willie Ruth Quarterman (Marvin Sr.), Shirlene Holt-Locus (Johnny), Alexander Holt, Jr. (Barbara) and William Holt (Bernice); grandchildren, Gary Smith, Marvin Quarterman, Jr., Dominique Holt, Sr., Antoniwa Holt, Omari Holt, Sr., Whittney Glover and Martez Quarterman; great grandchildren, Aja Holt, Armani Holt, Omari Holt, Jr., Raevon Smith, Dominique Holt, Jr. and Jamarion Holt; two sisters, Vera Jones and Mary Katherine Woodfork; and a host of step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
