Richard Lee Edge, Jr.
Richard Lee Edge, Jr., 58, of Springfield, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born on October 5, 1962, the son of Richard L. Sr. and Frances Darlene (Pierson) Edge. Richard married Lisa Jordan, on September 29, 1984 at First Assembly of God in Springfield. They shared 36 wonderful years together. Richard was a Lanphier High School graduate. He went on to work at Brahler Lube Center for 36 years, and later was employed by Johnson and Johnson Auto Service Center. Richard’s hobbies included walking the family dog, fishing, working in the yard, tinkering with items in the garage, and rebuilding motors with his friend, Mike. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and in-laws. Richard is survived by his wife, Lisa; mother, Darlene Edge; son, Richard Sterling Edge and daughter, Lacey (JR) Reeves, both of Springfield; and step-grandchild, Izabell Reeves.
