Debra Annette Nutt Dyk passed away on December 13, 2020 in Modesto, California at the age of 60.  Debbie was born on October 23, 1960 in Fowler, California to parents Elden and Bonnie Nutt.  She has been a resident of Salida for the past 31 years.

Debbie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was passionate about her community, family and friends.  Debbie spend much of her time helping others.  She was an advocate for her community (both Ripon and Salida) and was a vast supporter of first responders and all public service employees.  She was known as “mom” to many people and would willingly fulfill that role.  She will be remembered for her kind heart and loving spirit.

Debbie leaves behind her husband of 37 years, Royce Dyk, her sons, Derek Dyk and Andrew Dyk (Whitney), her grandchildren, Kenzie Dyk and Hannah Dyk, along with her siblings, John Nutt and Dianna Hill. 

Deegan Funeral Chapels is honored to serve the Dyk family.  A visitation for Debbie is scheduled for Tuesday, December 22 from 4 to 7 at Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel.  Due to COVID restrictions, please call the funeral home for more information.  In lieu of flowers please consider donations in Debbie’s memory to your favorite charity.
