<p>David G. Mann, 74, of New Castle passed away the afternoon of December 4, 2020 at UPMC Jameson.</p><p><br></p><p>David was born in New Castle on June 15, 1946. He was the son of the late Herbert and Louise Strawniak Mann.</p><p><br></p><p>On September 29, 1978 David married his beloved wife, the former Anita Frank. She survives at home.</p><p><br></p><p>David had worked as a Conductor on the Rail Road.</p><p><br></p><p>He had proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army.</p><p><br></p><p>David was a member of Holy Spirit Parish, St. Lucy Site.</p><p><br></p><p>David was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Lawrence County Sportsman Association and the Elks Lodge. He was also very involved with “2400 Projekt Paranormal”.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to his wife, David is survived by his brother Herbert Mann (Janet), his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Ann Frank, his beloved dog, Jack, nine nieces and nephews, five great-nieces and nephews and five great-great nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his sister Mary Lou Campbell.</p><p><br></p><p>A Private Service will be held at the Ed &amp; Don DeCarbo Funeral Home &amp; Crematory, 941 South Mill St.</p><p><br></p><p>Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
