Phillip Henry Lewis, age 52 of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. He was born May 7, 1968 in Ypsilanti, Michigan to Inez Lewis of Banner, Kentucky & the late Henry Lewis. Phillip was a Network Operator for the Jockey Club in Lexington, KY. Along with his mother he is survived by his Sister: Lisa (David) Nelson of Auxier, Kentucky; Nieces & Nephews: Kayla Shea (Jack) Nelson, Dawson Bradley Lewis & Timothy Braxton Lewis; Special Pet: Mia. Along with father he was preceded in death by his Brothers: Timothy Lewis & Gregory Lewis. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him. Visitation Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 6pm at the funeral home Funeral Services will be held Monday, December 7, 2020 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with David Nelson officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
