Harry Paul Scroggins, Jr., of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Wed. Dec. 2nd, 2020, at the age of 73.

 

Harry was a free spirit and kind soul who was always up for the next adventure. Throughout his life, he brought laughter and joy to many who knew him. Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Frances Scroggins, grandparents, Lena (Maw) and Bud Scroggins, aunt and uncle, Barbara and R. L. Monger, and uncle, Lloyd Scroggins.

 

Among those who will miss Harry much are his sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Ralph Smith, his children, Tami Scroggins (Lana), Christi Scroggins, Jason Scroggins, and Nikki Moore, as well as his cousin, Sheila Kay Ward (Oscar). Harry also leaves behind a granddaughter, Abby Worlen, and several nieces and nephews.

 

Friends and family will celebrate Harry's life at 2 pm, Saturday, Dec. 12th, at Heritage Funeral Home East Brainerd Chapel, preceded by a reception in the parlor between 1 pm and 2 pm. We will observe all CDC guidelines during the service, including face coverings and social distancing.
