R. Craig Whittington, 59, of Randleman, died Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Moses H. Cone Green Valley in Greensboro.

Memorial Services, 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 5, 2020, at Providence Friends, Pleasant Garden.

Officiating, Rev. Kevin Rollins.

Craig was a native of Davidson County, a retired Special Projects Coordinator with Guilford Metro 911 and a member of Providence Friends. He loved spending time with his family, traveling with his wife Melissa, and giving of himself as evidenced by his thirty years of public service to our community. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter "June" and Myrtle Leonard Whittington.

Survivors: wife, Melissa Wicker Whittington, of the home, daughters, Rebekah D. Macon and husband, Matthew, of Pleasant Garden, Jenna Whittington, serving our country, Lydia Whittington, of Greensboro, granddaughter, Madeline Macon.
