Eleanor Billups "Coco", 39, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed on December 01, 2020. Eleanor was born on March 11, 1981, to Kim Denise Billups, and Anthony Neal Fluellen. Coco was the second child of Kim and Flu.

Coco was the best child anyone can ask for. She had a smile that lit up a room and a gift for seeing the good in everyone she came in contact with. Coco attended Paul Revere & Charles Dickens in grade school and Later advanced to Elliot for middle school. Shaw High School then had the pleasure of Coco Gracing their halls. Where she, later on, graduated in 2003!

To know Coco Was to love her. She loved to get dressed, dance, smile, and have a good conversation while surrounded by family. Coco Was called home on December 1, 2020 due to her long battle with Lupus.

Coco was preceded in Heaven by her grandmothers, Eleanor F. Billups & Fanny Fluellen; and her favorite aunt, Viola Fluellen.

Coco leaves behind her mother and father, Kim Billups & Anthony Fluellen; two brothers, Anthony & Antwaun; sisters, Fanny, Apolliona, Latasha, Candance, Laneisha, Diamond and Tiarra; godmother, Cheryl; nieces and great nieces, Rockelle, Ry'Chele, Faith, Al'Laisyah, Aaliyah, India, Sinclair, Asiah, Emoni, Laionna, Alexandria, Shania, Ramiya, Aleah, Aleah, Anilah and Nova; nephews & great nephews, Antonio Jr, Anthony, Anthony Jr, Anthony Jr, Torreon, Romero, Romel, Jaron, Jaevaun, Brandon, Cameron, Delvon, Zadist, Antonio 3rd, and Micah; aunties & uncles, Darleen, Karen, Dino & Auntie Wilma; the people Coco held close to her heart; Shondreka, Simica, Amy, Jarianne, and her best friend Stephane. As well as a host of cousins, and friends, including her Billups, Fletchers, Wright, and Gainey Family.
