Aurora Carnero Torres Born on August 3,1918, and raised in El Paso,Texas. She passed away peacefully in her home Salinas,ca, surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 102 years old. She married her soulmate Jesus Torres. Then moved to Salinas,ca in 1945. Together they raised 5 boy’s, 4 girl’s. Her hobbies were knitting, drawing and she loved to dance, and listen to her favorite songs Ramon Ayla, Vincent Fernandez. She had a beautiful warm smile, a big loving heart to go with it. She lived a hard life, but never gave up her strong catholic faith which helped her get through some rough times. She had 42 Blessful, wonderful years of marriage to the love of her life Jesus Torres. She loved all of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren so very much. She is preceded by her husband Jesus Torres, her sister Odelia Garcia, her brother Encleto Carnero. Aurora Carnero Torres was dearly loved by her sons, Frank C. Torres, Jesse C. Torres, Johnny C. Torres, Joe C. Torres, Lupe C. Torres. Then her daughters Elionor Torres Herrera, Rosie C. Torres, Pauline Fuentes, Sally C. Torres. Her grandchildren Melinda H. Scherrer, Letty Herrera Torres, Angelina Herrera Torres, Encleto Torres, Frank Torres, Julian Torres, Manuel Torres, Benny Jr. Fuentes, Molly Fuentes, Aurora Fuentes, Joe Torres, Robert Torres Eddie Torres, Tony Fuentes, and Manuel Fuentes. Then her great grandchildren Michael J. Scherrer lll, Jeremiah M. Scherrer, Amarissa J. Scherrer, Jada Torres, Zanya Torres, Athena Torres, Arabella Torres, Aaliyah Torres, Nasiyah Torres, and Nehemaih Torres. Memorial services will be held at Healeys mortuary. A viewing will be held on December 2, 2020 1:00pm-8:00pm. A funeral service will be held on December 3, 2020 at 11:00am-12:00pm, followed by a burial service at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Prunedale, CA at 12:30pm
