Vivian L. MOATS
<p>Ms. Vivian L. Moats, 93, of Williamsport, and recently a resident of Elmhurst of Hagerstown, died Monday night, November 30, 2020, at Doey's House of Hospice of Washington County.</p> <p> </p> <p>Born May 4, 1927, in Hagerstown, she was a daughter of the late Lewis William and Bessie Leota Boyer Moats.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ms. Moats was employed with C&P Telephone Company for 34 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surviving is her daughter Charlene E. Guessford and husband Clarence "Bunky"; grandson, Michael L. Guessford and wife Mary Jane; and great grandson, Benjamin Guessford and wife Shawna; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.</p> <p> </p> <p>Besides her parents, Ms. Moats was preceded in death by siblings Margaret Paulsgrove, Doris Itnyre, and Martha V. Richard E. and Leonard Moats.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown, is assisting the family with arrangements. There will not be visiting at the funeral home.
