Terry Claiborne Lowe

<p>Terry Claiborne "Mule" Lowe, age 73, of Belfast, died Monday, November 30th, 2020 at Marshall Medical Center.</p><p><br></p><p>He was a native of Marshall County, the son of the late Robert Paul and Evelyn Lloyd Hunter Lowe. He retired from the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation after 40 years, and was a member of the Methodist Church. </p><p><br></p><p>In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by father-in-law and mother-in-law, Buster and Cat Miller, and beloved god mother, Lacy Mai Morris.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by wife of 50 years, Brenda Ann Miller Lowe, daughter, Christy Stephenson and husband, Scott of Belfast, a grandson, (his pride and joy), Jackson Lane Stephenson, step-grandson, Scotty Stephenson and wife, Valerie of Clarksville, step great-grandson, Axel Stephenson of Clarksville, two brother-in-laws, Frank (Bobbie) Miller and Johnny Miller, all of Belfast.</p><p><br></p><p>Terry was a proud Vietnam Veteran. He loved his country and being a Veteran. He never met a stranger and always had a huge smile on his face. His personality was as big as he was tall.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, December 3rd, 2020 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home 324 West Church Street Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091 with burial to follow in Head Springs Cemetery.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation with the family will begin on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and will continue on Thursday, December 3rd, 2020 from 12 noon until the funeral hour. </p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a Veterans' organization of your choice.</p><p><br></p><p>The family requests that attendees wear masks.</p><p><br></p><p>London Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.</p>
