Penny Jean Litke<br>1966 - 2020<br><br>Falls Village, CT Penny Jean Litke, 54, died November 28, 2020 at Sharon Hospital.<br><br>Penny was born on February 8, 1966 in Waterbury, CT a daughter of the late Harold and Margaret “Peggy” (De Vico) Litke. Penny lived most of her life in Naugatuck, where she attended local schools, graduated from Naugatuck High School and attended Post College. She enjoyed baking, country music and traveling, especially to Nashville. When Penny was 4 years old, she was honored as the poster child for Newington Children’s Hospital. <br><br>Penny is survived by her brothers, Stephen Litke and his wife, Nancy and Robert Litke; her nephew, Jeffrey Litke and his husband, Drew Cosenza; her niece, Tracy Roberts; her great nieces, Alyssa and Christina Roberts; her longtime companion, Sharon Bailey and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Besides her parents, Penny was predeceased by her sister, Kathy Litke and her brother, William “Bill” Litke.<br><br>A Celebration of Penny’s Life will be held at a later date. There are no calling hours and arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck. To honor Penny’s memory, donations can be made to the Spina Bifida Association, 1600 Wilson Blvd, Suite 800, Arlington, VA 22209.

Falls Village, CT Penny Jean Litke, 54, died November 28, 2020 at Sharon Hospital.

Penny was born on February 8, 1966 in Waterbury, CT a daughter of the late Harold and Margaret “Peggy” (De Vico) Litke.
