<p>Moore, SC</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ms. Alise Blackwell Cassidy, age 86, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 with her family by her side. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens by Pastor Rod Elliott. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ms. Cassidy was born January 17, 1934 in Chesterfield County, SC a daughter of the late Cass and Emily Smothers Blackwell. She was a retired C.N.A. and a former employee of Burlington Industries with over 20 years of service. Prior to her move to the upstate, Alise was a faithful member of Cheraw First Baptist Church.&nbsp;She enjoyed singing, playing the guitar, and square dancing but her passion was cooking for her family and friends.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In addition to her parents, Ms. Cassidy was also preceded in death by a son, Ray Cassidy, Jr.; sisters, Faye B. Sellers, and Gladys Blackwell; brothers, David Blackwell, and Tommy Blackwell; and son-in-law, Randy Galloway.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Survivors include her daughters, Ann C. Moore, and Kay Galloway both of Moore, SC; son, Raymond Cassidy of Rocky Mount, VA; grandchildren, Kristin Gunn, Bryan Moore, Cassidy Galloway, Zeke Galloway, Hannah Bannon, and Emily Cassidy; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Avery, James, and Owen&nbsp;and numerous nieces and nephews.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Memorials may be made to the Lois G.           Ms. Alise Blackwell Cassidy, age 86, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 with her family by her side. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens by Pastor Rod Elliott. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.
