Richard Allen Albaugh, 74, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina passed away at his residence on November 26, 2020. He was born March 8, 1946 in Natrona Heights, PA son of the late Vernon and Mae (Remaley) Albaugh.

He loved spending time in his swimming pool, riding motorcycles, and woodworking.  He proudly served in the United States Army and completed two tours in Vietnam.  He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Organization.   

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother Larry “Butch” Albaugh, and sister-in-law, Brenda Albaugh. 

Survivors include his loving wife, Janet “Jan” Albaugh of Myrtle Beach, SC; one son, Richard Albaugh and his wife, Lori of Whiteland, Indiana; one daughter, Stacy Tursky and her husband, Dan of Linesville, PA; three brothers, Mike Albaugh and his wife, Marian of Natrona Heights, PA, Dale Albaugh and his wife, Paulette of Kittanning, PA and Jerry Albaugh of Freeport, PA; and one sister, Cheryl Wagner and her husband, Terry of Dennison, OH. 

Richard was a proud and loving grandfather to many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Florence National Cemetery. Dates and times will be announced when arrangements are finalized.
